Comedy Weekends. A fun-packed weekend
away, with the chance to "have a go" at
stand-up - just for the fun of it - in a
comfortable, friendly environment with
good food and fine wine. If you've always
fancied having a go at stand-up comedy -
this is your chance.
Learn the secrets of comic timing, stagecraft,
breathing, relaxation and much more; culminating
in your own stand-up spot. Guests are encouraged
to help and support each other, in a pressure free
and relaxed environment. You will be sent a DVD of
the show to prove that you "Had a go at...Stand-up
Comedy" The venue is the lovely 15th Century Mill
and Old Swan, Minster Lovell, Cotswolds. Normal
price: £349 inclusive of everything except bar
drinks.

perfect multi-activities day.
Choose from Paintballing, quad bikes, power
turns, clay shooting lessons, archery, 4 X 4
off-road driving, fly casting, fly fishing,
helicopter treasure hunts and much, much
more..... Ideal for Corporate days out, Stag or
Hen weekends and parties.
At Forest
Adventure, we can accommodate groups for
any occasion, whether it be a stag or
hen-do, birthday party or a group of
friends on a weekend away.
Our choice of activities caters for everyone
from the novice to the experienced. The Wye Valley
is Canoe Country! - We paddle the most scenic
stretches of the river, from placid water to
turbulent rapids. Your instructor will brief you
on kayak/canoe control, and safety procedures. You
will be taught flat water skills and moving water
techniques, all combined with a lot of fun and
games! Maybe train towards your star awards - a
national award system accredited by the British
Canoe Union. Canoe & Bivouac Weekends - An all
inclusive river safari from Hoarwithy to Monmouth
- a magical and memorable experience and the very
spirit of adventure!
RAFT BUILDING (Water Based) - Using
barrels, poles, paddles, buoyancy aids and
helmets, the group constructs a raft of their own
design with the encouragement of our instructors.
The success of the raft is tested whilst the
instructor supervises from a kayak or canoe as a
safety boat. These sessions are run by a British
Canoe Union Level 2 or Level 3 Coach.
Located within the
Cotswold Water Park, The Cotswold Country Park &
Beach has something for all the family. It is
home to Britain's premier inland beach;
children's play areas, volleyball and basketball
courts, an outdoor trim trail, and a gift shop.
Throughout the summer, a
variety of refreshments are available.
Throughout the rest of the year hot drinks and
snacks are on sale from the visitor centre. BBQ
pitches are available for hire and there are
plenty of benches located around the park for
picnics. For more adventurous members of the
family bikes and boats are available for hire.
The Park also contains an Outdoor Pursuits
Centre and a High Ropes Aerial Adventure Course.
The Park is the starting point of several
stunning lakeside walks and you can also gain
access to local nature reserves which attract a
plethora of wildlife throughout the year. All
facilities have disabled access. The Cotswold
Country Park & Beach is open year round.
