WHITE WATER ACTIVE
offers a range of activities from rafting,
canoeing, kayaking, climbing, abseiling, laser
clay shooting, archery, gorge walking and quad
biking. Situated on the banks of the River Dee
just a short walk west of Llangollen town. The
centre is owned and run by Jim Jayes who is a
former world champion and Olympic coach, so
whatever your level of ability you can be sure
we will be able to serve your needs.
A range of activities tailored for groups, from
your first tentative strokes in a canoe through
to full day expeditions in the mountains. Fully
qualified and equipped instructors will issue
you with all the necessary specialist outdoor
pursuits equipment. Courses are based in North
Wales in the beautiful Llangollen area. We
provide personal development courses and
corporate hospitality events. Satisfied
customers include B&Q PLC and Her Majesty's
Inspector of Taxes.
Glasfryn Parc, located on the A499 four miles
North of Pwllheli, is a fully certified activity
provider and a Wales Tourist Board approved
attraction. In an area of Outstanding Natural
Beauty on the shoulder of the Llyn Peninsula, it
is perfect for the activities available:Senior
and Junior go karting, quad bike trekking,
coarse fishing and archery. Karting takes place
on a 600-metre track that has proved a big hit
with both karting enthusiasts and day visitors.
For the senior hour-long guided quad trek around
the farm and estate for 12 year olds and over.
Booking is advisable. Also on site there is a
cafe-diner selling home-made food, and a farm
shop well stocked with Welsh-sourced products.

you will find it here at the National Mountain
Centre. Our range of courses caters for
everyone, whether you're after a multi-activity
taster or looking for advanced qualifications.
The Welsh Centre, close to the coastal village
of Aberdovey has the most spectacular views
across the Dyfi estuary. Water activities are
based at our specialist wharf facility. Our rock
climbing and expeditions are based in quiet and
remote mountains and sea cliffs near to the
centre. Forest cabins are available for
overnight expeditions.
We offer many types of outdoor and mountain
activities including rock climbing, abseiling,
kayaking, navigation, mountain walking,
scrambling, management skill development and
much more. Special needs and schools are always
welcome.
Adventure North Wales organise activity
adventure weekend holidays, no previous
experience required. Activities and
accommodation for excellent stag and hen events
or a group special occasion. Try white water
rafting, clay pigeon shooting, rock climbing,
canyoning, coasteering, go karts, paintball and
much, much more.
