LLANMIHANGEL
With ancient origins, tiny
Llanmihangel lies between Cowbridge and the
Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Its main attraction is
Plas Llanmihangel, a 15th century manor house, now
a guesthouse. A local legend recalls that an
heiress declared a witch once inhabited the
property. One night she drowned in the village
pond and since that day 'The Lady of the Ring' is
said to rise from the water at twilight.
