Keypitts Farm is set in
a picturesque valley, only three miles from the
North Devon coast. Keypitts Farm has over 200
acres of wooded and pasture land, with brooks
and ponds which all add to the excitement of the
many activities on offer. Keypitts is constantly
acquiring and updating their adventure equipment
and facilities.
Keypitts has a Snack bar
for light refreshments, and in the summer
employs up to 35 people ensuring constant care
and attention at all times. We pride ourselves
on safety record and that all our training and
handling of the equipment is carried out to the
highest standards. Quads, horse riding,

The attraction offers supervised enjoyment for
the beginner and expert with a choice of 400m
and 200m circuits. The 200 Metre Family Fun
Circuit is designed with the family in mind,
where as the 400m Pro Circuit is designed for
the more adventurous. The circuit has a
fully-computerised lap timing and race control
system. There are race suits and crash helmets
available for hire. The circuit can also be
hired for organised events, Grand Prix and
Enduro formats.

Whatever the weather quad biking is fast,
furious and the most fun to be had on four
wheels. Don't worry if you are a first timer as
full tuition will be given. The time that you
book on the quad is what you get, your safety
briefing is given before your time starts! So
you get exactly what you pay for and no half
measures! All our quads are maintained to a very
high standard. All safety equipment is provided
but please wear sensible, old, clothing which
you don't mind getting dirty!
