Located within the Moors Valley Country Park and
Forest, running near to the Moors River, this
6,337 yard, 18 holes, par 72 track is surrounded
by fully grown woodland and the breathtaking
landscapes of the Dorset countryside.
A natural cliff-top course with breathtaking
views over Lyme Bay, Chesil Beach and the Dorset
Countryside. The course measures 5,875 yards,
par 70 from the visitors' tees and 6,213 yards,
par 71 from the competition tees.

Golf Course which is level and built for
enjoyment, whilst presenting a good challenge
for those seeking a good score.
Excellent food is served in
our friendly Clubhouse. Everyone is made to feel
welcome. No Tee Times or Handicap required.
Club/Bag & Buggy hire available. Membership and
affiliated handicaps if required.
Highcliffe Castle Golf Course is situated on the
Hampshire/Dorset border approximately eight
miles east of Bournemouth on the A337. It is an
18 hole parkland course of 4778 yards, par 64.
Visitors are welcome after 9.30am most days but
must have an official handicap certificate. It
is advisable to contact the secretary prior to
the date to check if the day and time you wish
to play is available for visitors.
A natural and very pretty 9 hole (1575 yd)
woodland course with some challenging holes. No
membership required, just turn up and play. Pony
trekking & riding lessons also available.
Days/Times: Open everyday all year round except
Christmas Day from 7am until dusk.
Lakes Course, a lovely 18 hole, 6200 yard, par
72 meadowland course that runs beside the River
Stour. Mature trees and lakes make for a
thoroughly enjoyable challenge. Short Course, 9
par 3 holes, covering 1000 yards. Great for
children and beginners, and anyone wanting to
improve their short game. Practice Range; The
first practice range in the world with 18 proper
target greens. Floodlights and heated bays make
practicing easy day and night, all year round.
Putting Greens; One of the largest greens in
country, with contours so you can practice every
type of putt. Monty Golf School; the easiest way
to learn and improve your skills.
A heathland course of 27 holes, which has played
host to a number of major tournaments including
the Hennessey Cup, Weetabix Ladies British Open,
and the De Vere Seniors Classic.
The course is a easy walking nine hole layout,
that requires a little more thought than is at
first apparent. Not overly long, but to score
you need find the fairways. Great for a short
game and popular with the elder members of the
club.
A cliff top course with stunning views of
coastal Dorset. The men's competition course
measures 6283 yards, with four par 3 and three
par 5 holes giving a par of 71 and a SSS of 70.
The ladies' competition course is 5685 yards and
has four par 3 and five par 5 holes giving a par
of 73 and a SSS also 73. Also available to
use is a practice ground, a chipping area and
practice bunker.
Two varying course are on offer at the Dorset
Golf and Country Club. The Championship
Lakeland Course (parkland) features 18 holes.
Par 72. 6,580 yds of . The Woodland Course
offers a distinct challenge to the main course
with 18 holes. Par 66. 5,032 yds.
A gorgeous and advanced heathland course with
lakes, mature pines featuring panoramic views
over Poole Harbour to Brownsea Island and the
coastal downs of the Isle of Purbeck.
18 hole Valley Course located in a attractive
parkland setting, and the 9 hole Woodland
Course that's ideal for a quick round ideal for
both beginners and the more experienced golfer.
Eighteen holes of challenging heathland golf, to
which visitors are welcomed after 9:30 am Monday
to Friday and from 1:00 pm at Weekends and on
Bank Holidays. However, please check
availability before attending.
45 holes of challenging golf for the most
discerning players. The eighteen hole Parkland
and Riverside courses are reasonably diverse and
for the short game, the new nine hole Knighton
course demands the same levels of playing skill.
