Located in East Sussex,
Hartfield is close to the famous Ashdown
Forest and is associated with Winnie the Pooh
and the bear’s creator, A. A. Milne.
Visitors
will soon find themselves heading for Poohsticks Bridge.
The author lived for a time
at Cotchford Farm and wrote his Pooh tales for
his son Christopher Robin Milne, basing many
of his chapters on Christopher’s toys. |
