Think of the ingredients required to make a
great curry: chilli's, coriander, and a host of
other exotic spices. Not many would think of
adding Worcestershire Sauce, honey or even
Malibu, but when you visit the Derbar Tandoori
in Banchory, you can try all these to great
effect. The Derbar, on the High Street, above
the travel agent, opened in October last year
and has, quietly and assuredly, been
establishing a reputation for delivering top
class Indian food, with the added brio of
offering a menu with dishes a little out of the
ordinary.
