1850 is situated on a 1300 acre working farm
with panoramic views overlooking Stobo Valley.
The bed and breakfast accommodation consists of
3 tastefully decorated bedrooms with TV and
tea/coffee making facilities, cosy lounge with
TV. Evening meals by prior arrangement.
A short distance from the
farm is Lyne Cottage providing self catering
accommodation with its large kitchen/dining
area. Sleeping 2/8 persons in its 4 bedrooms.

Borders town surrounded by beautiful countryside
beside the River Tweed. An excellent centre for
exploring the area on foot or by car, yet only
30 minutes drive from Edinburgh. This (Visit

guests for the attention to detail given by the
owners. Completely self-contained and close to
all amenities. Ample free parking space.
Electricity is included in the rent and we
supply bed linen if required. Also cot and
folding bed. Sleeps 2-3. A totally non smoking
