The Bat & Ball Inn is
situated in the very heart of Sussex, this area
is more commonly known as The Weald of Sussex
and is centred between the rolling North and
South Downs. The Inn itself rests peacefully in
the middle of six acres of unspoilt camping
meadows & has resisted the march of time. It
still remains an idyll of peace & relaxation
with lovely riverside & canal walks including
Millpools Locks & Old Bridges.
We serve traditional
homemade food & and our motto is: "We do not
serve fast food, we serve good food as fast as
we can!". We run an award-winning cellar serving
quality real ale & fine wines. The six acre site
is available for private hire for use by:
wedding couples, corporate days, family days,
rallies, meetings, private parties & weekend
events - and includes the use of marquees,
BBQ's, tables & chairs. Next door to the award
winning Fishers Farm Park.
