Aquarena swimming pool
on the seafront has a main pool and a beginners'
pool, diving boards, flume, sauna, steam room,
sunbeds, Pulsecity Health and Fitness Centre
and, in the summer months, an outdoor Paddling
Pool.
A wide range of exercise
classes and activities are currently available
at the Aquarena , including Aquaerobics, Step,
Yoga, Spinning and Pilates to name a few.

pool has lane swimming, water aerobics, swimming
lessons and parties.
The oldest outdoor swimming pool in the country.
Spring-fed water supply. 40 metres long by 20
metres wide. Tree lined green lawn. Sun Terrace.
Children's paddling pool. Rafts and other play
equipment. Exercise lane. Cafe with fresh brewed
coffee, tea, cakes and other home-made food.
With a health and
fitness suite, weights room, a Spinning studio,
60 adult exercise classes & childrens exercise
classes, squash & badminton courts , crèche, an
indoor adventure children's play area,
