sports an all year round dry Ski slope
with skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing
to wall climbing, five-a-side football,
skateboard park and activities as diverse
as yoga and jazz dancing.
Whether its for a
knock-about between friends or for the serious
competitor, we cater for birthdays of all ages
and a cafe/bar available for users.
Here at Waterfront we understand how valuable
leisure time has become in the relief of stress
or strain brought on by modern living. Therefore
Waterfront has been specifically designed to
offer a wide range of sporting and social
activities in a comfortable, friendly
environment Waterfront offers a unique club for
leisure as well as fitness. Situated within the
grounds of Gillingham Marina with a superb
riverside location, Waterfront is an
undiscovered jewel in the Medway area. Come and
escape the stresses and strains brought on by
modern living in our oasis of calm. Catering
predominantly to the adult market, supervised
children are welcome within the club, however
after 7pm Monday to Thursday we restrict to over
18's only. With so many activities to choose
from, the hardest decision to make will be what
to do first!
Splashworld offers a wide range of swimming
activities for all ages and abilities including
a very wide range of swimming lessons. Those who
like their activities on the dry side can take
advantage of the Olympia Health Suite and all it
has to offer. The youngsters are also catered
for with Kool Klub Holiday Schemes, and activity
parties can be arranged.
The four lane, 20 metre open air pool has a
‘beach’ and a large sunbathing terrace for
visitors to relax in a ‘holiday’ environment in
the summer months. The changing village caters
for all with both individual and family changing
rooms. The complex also houses the Lifestyles
Health Suite, which includes:- A spa pool, a
sauna, sunbeds, a steamroom and a rest lounge.
After an energetic swim or work out, relax and
enjoy the facilities available or simply delight
in the surrounding woodland setting.
Refreshments are available in the Cafe Zest,
which is open to all. The building has been
designed to allow easy access for everyone. All
the facilities are on one level with changing
rooms and showers available for people with
special needs. A pool hoist allows easy access
to the main pool. If you have any special needs
please contact the centre to discuss how we can
ease your visit. A full range of swimming
lessons and courses are available all year round
for all ages and abilities.

Herons is a pleasant pool which offers a gently
shelving beach area, geyser, bubble pool,
mushroom fountain and water fountain.
