This gloriously peaceful location grants visitors the freedom to walk fish on the loch (pictured – a rowing boat is available free of charge) and even watch the working sheepdogs. Drumnadrochit (3 miles) offers shops pubs and restaurants a riding school (with facilities for the disabled) and boat trips on Loch Ness whilst the many delights of Inverness are just 17 miles away.

Explore the charming coastal villages visit historic Culloden battlefield or just relax and watch for the legendary monster to appear (binoculars provided!). There is also free fishing on Loch Ness and golf pony trekking and watersports are close by. Restaurant and pub 200 yards. Shops 4 miles.
