The centre has recently
undergone a huge transformation, when it
received a complete refurbishment throughout the
building. The centre is now a place where people
of all ages and abilities can go and get the
most from a wide range of sport and leisure
activities.
The swimming and toddler
pools are always a hive of activity, with Early
Morning Swims for the energetic and dedicated,
Swimming Lessons for the young and not so young
and fun sessions with the numerous toys,
inflatable's and chutes. The centre is also home
to a new and improved gym, with panoramic views
of the sea, and is fitted with the latest
cardio-vascular and resistance training
equipment.
Tweedbank Sports Centre
has a variety of facilities including full size
professional athletics track, hammer cage, long
jump, gym with cardiovascular and free weight
equipment, complete with changing facilities.

fitness suite with resistance and cardiovascular
