only five minutes' walk from Jedburgh's town
centre as well as from a host of lovely Border
country walks. There are six spacious, uniquely
furnished bedrooms, each with its own character
including one with a king size 4-poster double
bed, one has a French pine king size double bed.
The Abbey Room which is located on the ground
floor provides a spacious room and meets all
disability requirements. Each room has en-suite
facilities with hair dryer, a colour television
with 8 channels, a DVD player, mini bar and
wireless broadband internet access. Also available
is is an " in room " dining service.
For the business visitor facilities include an
executive office suite with all essential business
services (internet access, e-mail, scanner, fax,
photocopier etc.) and conference facilities for up
to 20 delegates. Private Secure Parking available.
Other services include packed lunches if you're
planning to be hiking, a babysitting service,
Facial, massage and beauty treatments can be
arranged upon request. All guests have
complimentary use of local swimming baths which is
only 300 yards away. Totally non-smoking. Full

This former 19th century school provides
delightful accommodation in a peaceful location.
Wonderful panoramic views. The accommodation
includes a ground floor annexe with access for
disabled, where meals can also be served by
arrangement. The annexe has its own lounge, twin
bedded room and bathroom and is only a short
distance from the house. Specialist golf breaks.
Resident golf pro/club maker. Perfect for St.
Cuthberts Way walkers. Pick up service
available. Excellent cuisine. Dinners a
speciality, vegetarian and special diets catered
for. Dogs welcome with fully enclosed kennels
being available. Open Jan to Dec excluding

Welcome to the oldest continually-licensed hotel in Scotland.
With parts of the building dating from the time of Mary Queen of Scots, we offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, a cosy public bar with draught real ale, and a sun-trap beer garden to the rear of the
building.
All our rooms were completely renovated in 2006.
Walking and cycling breaks are our speciality. Golf is available on 23 courses
as part of the Freedom of the Fairways scheme, and there is also excellent
fishing, horse-riding and other country pursuits in the wonderful scenery of
the Borders.
