Clint Lodge is a small refurbished 19th century sporting lodge situated near Melrose and providing bed and breakfast or self catering accommodation. This traditional Scottish Guest House provides a warm welcome in its bright and spacious drawing room with open log fire, and for those sunnier days there is a conservatory. Residents can enjoy a meal in the atmospheric dining room; or a stroll in the large garden. There are five beautifully decorated bedrooms which have tea/coffee making facilities and televisions.

Four bedrooms have en-suite bathroom facilities, two with original deep-fill baths. One of the twin rooms has a private bathroom. The adjoining cottage with its outstanding views over the River Tweed provides self catering accommodation. There is a private garden with barbeque and furniture. The accommodation comprises of kitchen with fitted units and dining area, sitting room with open fire and sofa bed, Double bedroom. Two twin/double rooms, of which one is en-suite with bath and shower. There is an additional bathroom with bath and shower. Other facilities include automatic washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, colour TV, video. Prices including electricity, central heating, duvets with linen, towels, logs, fuel etc. Pets are by arrangement.

Trout fishing on the Tweed included with all lets (during season). The properties are fully equipped to a high standard and can be booked together for larger parties. Within walking distance, along the tree lined private drive, is the village of St. Boswells where there are a number of shops and places to eat. Also within walking distance along the riverside path is Dryburgh abbey.
