Ashworth Valley
A 2 mile walk to Norden beside the pretty
Cheesden Brook along its tree-lined valley.
Located at Hooley Bridge, on the Bury-Rochdale
Road (the B6222), and ends at the
Rochdale-Edenfield Road (the A680).

Boggart Hole Clough

Green Flag Awarded wooded ravine runs through
the immediate north-eastern inner suburbs of
Manchester, yet it is totally unspoilt. It is
accessible by path from Rochdale Road. There is
a large boating lake with a tree covered island.

deciduous trees. There is an 18 hole putting
green, children's adventure playground, pets

The farm consists of a herd of highland cattle
and flock of Hebridean sheep, pigs, sheep, goats
and donkeys, not forgetting the chickens. The
Animal Centre features smaller pets like rabbits
and guinea pigs, which can be handled and at
certain times of day the poultry can be fed.
