We are an angling & outdoor shop based 5 min
from both the coast to coast walk & c2c cycle
route. We are now offering a range of products
from the likes of Paramo, Sprayway, Ronhill,
Ussen, Buffallo,snugpak,Leki, Silva & Petzl to
name but a few. We also offer a good range of
accessories from trangiers to laces. We can
arrange guided days or holidays in a variety of
outdoor activities. Also being situated within a
Post Office & general store we can offer your
clients a one stop shop for all their needs.
This 15 acres Fishery lies in peaceful farming
countryside in the Eden Valley well known for
it's scenic beauty, with a splendid panorama of
the Pennines, dominated by its highest Peak,
Cross Fell, can be enjoyed from the shore of the
Lake.
Mirehouse Ponds
Mirehouse, south of Whitehaven on the A595,

2 pond system, match pond and a carp pond both
with disabled access. 79 pegs in total. Roach,
chub, carp, tench, perch, crucean, gudgeon, rudd,
skimmers. This water is open all
year. This water is suitable for disabled
anglers.
Ulverston Canal
Ulverston, Barrow-in-Furness, Just off the A590,
Cumbria
Ulverston canal is 1.25miles long and about
20-25m across. It is located just as you arrive
at Ulverston on the A590. Most pegs average 6ft
deep and it holds Roach, Bream, Tench, Perch,
Pike, Eels and the odd big carp which are rarely
fished for.

Five miles southwest of Cockermouth at the foot
of the Lakeland fells. Ample parking in 2
lay-bys overlooking the tarn which contains eel,
pike and perch. Maximum depth 3.5 metres.

He is a National Instructor with the
Salmon and Trout Association and is
qualified in all three game fishing
disciplines; Salmon, Trout and Fly
Dressing.
Annandale and Borders Fly Fishing has
access to over thirty miles of the Annan
and several other rivers in south west
Scotland. All of the waters fished are
private.
Our aim is to be totally flexible and to provide
you with the tuition/service most suitable to your
needs. In addition we offer a full Guiding service
for salmon, sea trout, grayling and wild brown
trout. Gift vouchers available from £50 for 2
hour tuition through to £175 for a full day salmon
fishing. We will custom plan your fishing holiday
for you including accommodation.
Annandale has a wealth of quality accommodation,
restaurants, pubs, self catering premises and
things to do for none fishing partners. We are
able to offer Clients quality tackle to use on our
courses together with safety equipment.

Three springfed purpose-dug lakes of 1, 1 and 2
acres, in rural settings on the edge of a small
village with fields and hills around. Clear
shallow water. Seating area, light refreshments
available. This water is suitable for the
disabled angler. Rainbow and Brown, stocked
weekly with fish averaging 1lb. Fish record:
10lb 3oz Rainbow.
Bigland Hall Trout Fishery

One 17 acre rain fed natural lake set in rural
countryside with hills and forest. Clear shallow
water. Wooden lodge. Rainbows, stocked monthly
with fish averaging 2lb.
Cogra Moss Fishery

A 40 acre natural lake in rural settings in the
Lakeland Fells. Clear water. Tuition is
available. This water is suitable for the
disabled angler. Rainbow and Brown stocked every
fortnight with fish averaging 1lb 8oz. Fishery
records: 10lb 8oz Rainbow, 2lb 8oz Brown.
Derwent Water

A stream fed natural lake which is 3.5 miles long
and .5 mile wide. Rural settings, one of the
National Parks major lakes. Rainbow, stocked
annually.
Esthwaite Water

A single 280 acre natural lake, set in a glacial
valley with a backdrop of Cumbrian mountains.
Surrounded by woodlands and farmland. Coloured
deep water. Boathouse converted with a ticket
office and tackle shop. Rainbow and Brown,
stocked when necessary with fish averaging 1lb
12oz. Lake Records: 16lb 3oz Rainbow, 9lb 8oz
Brown.
Kentmere Fishery

Two lakes, 4 and 20 acres. Streamfed purpose dug
set within a valley with Kentmere mountains on
one side and woodland on the other. Clear water.
Rainbow, Brown, Sea Trout and Salmon. Stocked
weekly with fish averaging 2lbs. Fishery
records: 9lb 2oz Rainbow, 6lb Brown.

7 acre natural streamfed lake in a rural area of
outstanding beauty. Clear deep water. Wooden
fishing hut. Rainbow and Brown stocked weekly
with fish averaging 2lbs. Fishery record: 25lbs.
We provide day tickets for two lovely stocked
still waters - Longlands and Meadley Reservoir. We also have day tickets for the
little known River Ehen which is a prolific salmon & sea trout river. Jimmy
is always on hand to help with advice & local information.
