Rawcliffe Caravan Park is an Adult Only site and is open all year. The site is located 1/2 mile from the A19 on the York side at its junction with the A1237 (Northern York By Pass). All pitches have electric hook up, water and drainage.

Facilities include a purpose built brick toilet/shower block. A very large supermarket, shopping complex, 10-pin bowling alley and ten screen cinema are very near to the site. York, the Minster and Jorvik Centre are only three miles away. A park and ride scheme operates from Shipton Road and buses run every 10 minutes travelling into the City by the Railway Museum and back again. The Yorkshire Moors, Dales and the seaside are within easy travelling distance. There is a recently completely refurbished public house on the site, the Lysander Arms which has a licensed restaurant.
