Load Brook Cottages is ideally placed for visiting both Yorkshire and Derbyshire, and sits within the beautiful Peak District countryside on the Yorkshire/Derbyshire border to the west of Sheffield.

Once a large farmhouse in the 18th century, have been beautifully renovated to provide English Tourist Council 4 diamond rated accommodation of the highest quality and comfort.
 

All our cottages have an assortment of antiques, offering holiday homes with real atmosphere and charm. We introduced Bed and Breakfast service in 1994.

All rooms available in the properties have their own television and tea/coffee making facilities and use of a private bathroom (en-suite rooms also available).

This holiday cottage has ample space for 6 people and is available for self catering holiday lets and family B&B bookings. 
 

Car parking, children welcome. The local pub is in the nearby village of Dungworth and within a 15 minutes drive are many other country pubs.

Set on the edge of the village there are fields adjacent extensive footpaths and the trans-Pennine bridle path is 50 yards. The vibrant City of Sheffield (4 miles) provides shopping Magma Science theme park and ice rink. The owner offers riding to children over 4 and adults. Shops and pubs serving food are under 500 yards.
