At the North Yorkshire
Off Road Centre we provide exceptional driving
tuition, pay and play in fantastic surroundings.
We also offer a privately owned and family run
off road centre which boasts teachers with over
20 years tuition experience.
We have geared our courses
so they are suitable for beginners and novices
as well as the more advanced. You may come along
and experience your off-road driving in your own
4 x 4 vehicle, or quad bike, we have quad bike
trails and tracks, or even have tuition in your
own 4 x 4 or a school vehicle. The idyllic
setting of Robin Hood's Bay provides the perfect
backdrop for a day that you'll never forget. The
centre has its own private hillside and quarry
site which has a super selection of terrain
providing courses which are perfect for
beginners and excellent for the experienced and
daring 4x4 drivers. Off roading at our natural
quarry and hillside gives all the excitement a
driver would look for in mud, water, ruts, steep
hills both natural and man made.

The quad bikes are the some of the most up to
date available on the market and are always kept
in excellent working condition and are easy to
operate for all members of the family. Bikes are
available both for adults ( men & women ) and
children. On arrival customers who have
pre-booked are provided with full wet weather
gear, wellingtons, safety glasses and helmets (
a changing room & toilets are available ) before
an introduction to their respective quad bikes,
persons riding are given a full explanation of
all the simple controls. Riders are asked if
they have experience or not, this trek is
suitable from beginners to the more advanced
with more challenging terrain available for the
adventurous. A trained experienced leader (John
or Fiona) takes the group at all times. The Trek
is conducted from the farm and goes through
quite forest & farmland which is well away from
busy roads. The Trek's are suitable for Company
Corporate functions (i.e. teambuilding
exercises).
