Self Catering accommodation at Key Green Farmhouse
is ideal for couples although a cot or single bed
can be supplied for small families. The
accommodation comprises of kitchen which is
equipped with a washer, fridge, microwave and
cooking range. The lounge has a television, radio
and video. Leading from the kitchen area is a
staircase up to a large open plan bedroom with a
separate small bathroom. Heating is by an oil
fired combi-boiler, all heating and electricity
charges are included in the rental costs.
Outside, the garden has patio furniture which
visitors are welcome to use.
Key Green Farmhouse is about
quarter of a mile from the small village of Egton
Bridge which has two pubs both of which serve
excellent food. Local places of interest include
Goathland, famous as Aidensfield in the TV series
'Heartbeat'. Goathland station also featured
recently in the Harry Potter films as Hogsmeade -
the station for Hogwarts School. Grosmont is the
northern terminus of the North York Moors
Railway. Whitby is a ten minute drive away and
offers attractions such as the Abbey situated at
the top of the famous 199 steps, The Captain
Cook Museum, and its' Dracula connections. Plus
the usual seaside attractions of amusements, ice
creams and fish and chips.

on the old Butlins site near Filey this luxury
central heated house is part of a very
prestigious development of holiday homes and
apartments. Our holiday home is fully equipped
to a very high standard. Large LCD tv with
freeview, the lounge leads to the patio area
through french doors where there is a wooden
table and four chairs for you to relax.
All
linen and towels are included in the rental
prices as is the electricity and gas. We do
allow up to 2 dogs, as long as they are well
behaved, not allowed upstairs (Baby gate in
place to prevent this) and are kept on leads the
whole time you are on the complex. Dogs are
allowed on the beach below the complex all year
around. The Bay Filey complex is built on a 150
acre site and will soon boast a large onsite
state of the art leisure centre due to be
finished December 2008 which will have an indoor
swimming pool a plunge pool, sauna, steam room,
fitness suite, bar, restaurants. Outside there
will be 2 tennis courts with spectator areas and
tournament size bowing green. There is also a
large Family Pub / Restaurant and shop presinct
being constructed which should be completed late
summer 2008. For a perfect, traditional family
holiday, come and stay in our newly built house,
located only 2 miles from Filey town centre.

There are two properties dating back to the
1600's, the largest being a beautifully restored
and tastefully refurbished Grade 2 Listed period
house and the other is a luxurious stone built
