All the apartments at Cumbria Court have been furnished and equipped to a very high standard meeting the needs of even the most discerning traveller. They are well suited to those wishing to entertain or hold business meetings and are superbly located for the conference centre and railway. All apartments have wireless broadband. There are six two bedroom apartments, each with a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen and bathroom, off road parking to the front of the property and a communal garden with barbeque area to the rear. The apartments are serviced weekly. State of the art video entry system allowing guests to scrutinize any visitors on the monitor before allowing entry.

Kitchen - Warm wood combined with stainless steel give the fully integrated kitchen its modern feel. An electric oven, gas hob, extractor hood, fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer are all spotlessly clean and ready to use. A table and two chairs can be folded away when not in use or indeed left out to complete the kitchen.

Lounge - The contemporary feel is taken through into the lounge where guests can relax on the leather settees or indeed catch up with some work on the computer station provided or maybe take in a comedy or drama on the flat screen TV complete with free view channels. Coordinating soft furnishings and subtle lighting make the living room a comfortable and pleasant space to spend time.

Bathroom - A pure white suite is complemented by black floor tiles and a freestanding shower unit. This ultra modern bathroom is further enhanced by chrome fittings and white tiles trimmed in black and silver.

A small, personally-run, unassuming town house with particularly good guest accommodation. All in all a very well equipped and very smart Bed and Breakfast. All rooms en-suite and complete with DVD player, mini-fridge, hairdryer and bedside telephone with bathrobes and personal slippers provided as a matter of course. The award winning breakfast includes no less than nine main courses and a lavish buffet with fruits, cereals, juices and yoghurts served until late each morning.

We have some off-street car-parking available but also there are no restrictions on the street outside either. In Spring 2006 Bay Tree House was voted one of the top three guesthouses on Merseyside and in Spring 2007 we have installed all brand-new en-suites (one traditional, five contemporary) and completely refurbished four of our six guestrooms. Now classed as "A Superior 4-star Guest House" by the AA.
