situated in a quiet location on a select
development of modern properties. The property
is in a convenient coastal location in Wallasey
and offering direct access to the sea front.
Junction1 of the M53 is just 2 miles away
ensuring the cities of the North West are within
easy reach. By road, Liverpool is just 10
minutes drive and Manchester 1 hour.
This modern
property is spacious, light and airy and
provides accommodation for five people one
double, one twin and one single bedroom. The
bright cream colour scheme and tiled floors give
a cheerful Mediterranean seaside atmosphere. The
property includes kitchen/diner, large sunny
conservatory with double doors out onto the
beautiful patio garden with barbeque and garden
furniture. The spacious kitchen is fully
equipped with gas hob and electric oven, washing
machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. Other
facilities include TV with freeview, DVD and CD
player. Off road parking is available for two
cars on the drive of the property. Included in the tariff are pillows,
pillow protectors, duvets, mattress covers, bed
linen and towels. We regret no pets and no
smoking allowed.
