Facilities include excellent modern shower & toilet block with hand & hair dryers, chemical disposal point and laundry. A well stocked shop provides bread, milk etc., gas exchange, BBQ fuel and camping spares. Other facilities include public telephone, freezer for ice-pack use, volley ball, table tennis and childrens adventure area.

Boat launch and boat storage facility on the lake shore are also available. The pretty village of Pooley Bridge with its shops, cafes and a few inns is one mile from the campsite and can be easily reached by road or the lakeshore footpath.
