The Beeches is a
Caravan Club Certified Location caravan site
with fantastic views of Grasmoor & Whiteside and
the N W end of the Buttermere Valley.
The site is all hard
standing with electric hook-ups, TV aerials,
waste disposal, a good shower, and toilet & 2
water points.

The caravan site is about ¾ mile outside
Cockermouth town centre to the south.
Simonscales Lane is parallel to the Lorton Road,
which leads into the Buttermere Valley. Dogs
welcome. There are good walks from the site,
golf course in the town, Wordworth's birthplace,
pubs, restaurants, 3 supermarkets, petrol
stations etc.
