village that is home to the world's oldest
distillery this faithfully restored coaching inn
with open turf fires and gas lights welcomes
visitors all day for meals and snacks with
dinner perhaps featuring peppered fillet flamed
in Bushmills whiskey and cream or local River
Bush salmon. Awarded 2001 the Gilbeys Gold Medal
for Excellence in Catering.
