This Club is the oldest
in York, dating back to 1890 and has been on
it's current site for 103 years. A beautiful
parkland setting in an environmentally protected
area, York GC offers visitors a Par 70 6,300
yard challenge which can be enjoyed by golfers
of all standards whilst still being a true test
of golf.
Catering facilities are
available and a PGA
Professional is also on site to help visitors
with goods or tuition as required. Visitors to
this area of England should make sure they take
the opportunity to play York Golf Club if
possible.

The course is situated 1 1/2 miles north east of
York city centre on the A1036. A parkland course
of 11 holes with easy walking, it is well known
in the area for the quality of the greens. The
course measuring 6105 yards has a par 69 and SSS
69. Although not a long course, it rewards
accuracy and wayward shots can make good scoring
difficult. Visitors are welcome but it is
recommended they telephone the Professional on
the number above to confirm availability. Full
catering and bar facilities are available.

internationally renowned club, opened in 1906
with the present heathland course designed by
Charles Mackenzie dating from 1936.
Fulford boasts a record of 23 consecutive years
hosting international professional tournaments
including The Martini Tournament...
The Benson & Hedges International Open and The
Murphys Cup. Famous for the out of
trouble tree shot by Bernard Langer on the 17th,
this challenging course has no respect for golf
handicaps. Visitors receive a warm welcome and
enjoy a top class, well maintained golf course
with excellent bar and catering facilities in a

The course, opened in 1994, boasts a comfortable
clubhouse and a large well stocked shop with
buggy and trolley hire available. PGA
Professional and Teaching Academy. Lady golfers,
junior players and societies are welcome. The
course is 18 holes and measures 6430 yards with
a standard scratch of 70. Allerthorpe Park is
located two miles west of Pocklington off the
A1079.
