West Yorkshire Cycle Route Huddersfield, West Yorkshire For a challenge, the 150-mile West Yorkshire Cycleway is mainly an on road route which closely following the county boundary. In Kirklees the route passes through the gentle countryside of Denby Dale, before becoming more arduous as it passes through the upper reaches of the Colne and Holme valleys in the west. The route continues, passing through Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge in Calderdale. A route map and guide is available from Tourist Information Centre.
