Row Brow Farm situated on a 50 acre grassland farm provides farmhouse bed and breakfast or self catering accommodation. This is the ideal centre for a riding, walking, seaside or sightseeing holiday, or simply a retreat from the noisy world. There are no shops, amusements, or entertainments on site. However, horses, ponies, sheep, peacocks, moorhens and llamas are all kept on the farm and provide entertainment for our younger guests. The bed and breakfast accommodation is in the original cottage style farmhouse which dates from Georgian times. There are 3 rooms with shared facilities and all rooms have colour TV & DVD players, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. A traditional English breakfast is included with Special diets catered for. Open all year.

Self catering accommodation is available in comprehensively equipped caravans. The galley style kitchens include full size gas oven, grill and hobs, microwave oven, fridge and electric kettle. The lounge area has colour TV and gas fire, and there is also a toilet/shower room. Gas, electric and mains water are all provided in the fees. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided, but guests are required to provide duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases, personal towels, table linen, tea towels and dishcloths. These items may be hired if guests prefer not to provide their own. Caravans are available to hire from March to October.

Only 3 miles from Scarborough's golden sands a few hundred yards from the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and just 15 minutes walk from the village of Scalby (with a choice of good shops and excellent inns) the properties have been designed and furnished to the highest standard. Cosily heated throughout they feature solid mahogany floors and quality rugs and most of the fully carpeted bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The lawned front garden has views to the sea and on the westward side is an enclosed patio garden with shared barbecue and garden furniture.
