Duke's Place has its own Riding Stables on site
and caters for all ages and all stages. The
Riding School operates every day (except
Christmas Day) and Ursula who runs the school
will be happy to fix you up with a ride,
whatever your standard. Perhaps now is the time
to fulfil that childhood dream!
Masham Riding Centre
is set in the beautiful countryside of the
Swinton Estate in the Yorkshire Dales.
This small rural
riding centre provides trekking and lessons in
an outdoor riding area.
There are 18 horses
and ponies in residence with a variety of sizes,
all with friendly dispositions, ideal for riders
of all ages and skills.
It is also home to the Dykes Hill Highland Pony
Stud with a prize-winning lineage of over 30
years. There are 9 main trekking routes within
the Swinton Estate, which cover approximately
22,000 acres of the Yorkshire Dales. There is a
minimum age of 7 for those joining the trek,
which is always supervised by an experienced
member of staff.
There is a pony club
every Saturday between 10:00am and 12:00 midday
where pupils from 8 to 14 are taught basic
riding skills for one hour and stable management
for the other hour. Vouchers are available as

Follifoot Park Riding Centre (FPRC) is located
on the southern outskirts of Harrogate we offer
riding tuition catering for all standards from
absolute beginners to advanced riders. In
addition to this we have excellent livery
facilities for those with their own horses.
We are constantly upgrading and improving the
facilities we have to offer. We have 36 stables
including 8 indoor stables and several pony
pens.
The centre has an exceptional infrastructure

Bewerley Riding Centre offers a wide variety of
riding options and excellent facilities. Indoor
arena, outdoor sand ménage, grass jumping
paddock and trekking in an area of outstanding
natural beauty. We have horses and ponies to
suit all levels and abilities; tuition is by
registered BHS instructors offering private,
semi-private or group lessons and courses in
stable management, we also offer pony-riding
parties.
