Wykeham Lakes on the Dawnay Estate, north-east
of York. This beautiful area is close to the
North York Moors National Park, and nearby
stretch the rugged coast and sandy beaches of
Scarborough, Filey, and Whitby.

adventure activities. Our instructors are highly
experienced and hold the relevant National
Governing Body qualifications. Our mission is to
deliver professional tuition whilst making the
experience rewarding and enjoyable for all.

kayaking, canoeing, bell-boating, raft-building.
A family run boatyard
where we really care about your holiday! Weekly,
short-breaks and daily hire available from March
to October.
On board tuition provided
and also lochside tuition given. Good car access
and free, safe parking. Prices are fully
inclusive of VAT, fuel, Calor gas, bedding,
buoyancy aids and damage waiver. Pets welcome.

Fluid Concept is now also offering surf lessons,
not only for the entry level surfer but also,
uniquely on the East Coast, professional
coaching for intermediates and experienced
riders who wish to improve their skills or
indeed their performance in surf contests. We
also cater for Children and Special needs with
qualified Persons and Female instructors
available upon request. If you are looking to

Cayton Bay Surf School has an expert coach who
can be booked for group and individual lessons.
Lessons take place at WEEKENDS (from 10am on
Sat/Sun) and need to be booked in advance by
calling the shop or through our website. We also
cater for stag and hen parties. Surf equipment
