Set in four acres of wonderful gardens with Summer
House and patios for guests to enjoy, it overlooks
the picturesque village of Rosedale in the heart
of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
Our spacious king size and twin bedded en-suite
guest rooms with spectacular views of valley and
moorland are decorated and furnished to a high
standard. Colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities
and many other welcoming touches are provided. The
elegant guest Sitting Room with library offers a

Set in the heart of
the beautiful National Park are Ann's Cottage
and The Old Smithy.
Both cottages have
log burning stove, en suite facilities and are
furnished to a very high standard. Ann's Cottage
has a king size double bed whilst Smithy Cottage
has the choice of king size double or twin beds.

Also for B&B guests is the added extra of the use of a
fully equipped kitchen, which includes, Electric oven
and hob, with cooker hood and light, microwave oven,
kettle, toaster, refrigerator and washing machine. All ideal for evenings
you do not feel like going out. Background heating is
provided by radiators for those colder days. When the
weather permits, we also offer the use of an outside
barbeque. Ann's Cottage has private car parking for your
peace of mind and is situated just 1.5 miles from
Rosedale Abbey.

Rosedale Abbey.

Heartbeat)
In Pickering, (approx 10
miles) is the North Yorkshire Moors Steam
Railway and also Beck Isle Folk Museum. Towards
Malton (approx 8 miles from Pickering) is
Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo and Eden Camp
war museum. Whitby, Scarborough and York with
it's array of attractions including Jorvik, the
National Railway Museum and the Castle Museum
