It was from a small creek
at Immingham that the Pilgrim Fathers set sail
for America in 1609.
A memorial was erected on
the site in 1924 but in 1970 it was moved to
its present location, opposite St Andrews
Church in Immingham, during the expansion of
Immingham Docks around the original site. |
