Nurtured by multi-coloured
fields full of flowers and fruit trees, Wisbech is
both elegant and fascinating.
At its heart are two
rows of houses said to be among the finest
examples of Georgian architecture anywhere in
Britain.
Although the town lies several miles from the
sea it is still a port thanks to its
association with the River Nene. |
