Well appointed and very comfortable it stands in its large attractive garden (pictured right) a ten-minute stroll from Old Felixstowe's Blue Flag beach. The small ferry boat that crosses the river to Bawdsey
quaint cottages and two excellent inns are 15 minutes walk away whilst an 18
hole and a 9 hole pay and play golf course are only 5 minutes' walk.
Felixstowe town (1½ miles) provides leisure facilities and a seaside funfair. Pub under ½ mile; shops beach fishing and cycle hire 1½ miles.
